The TBAR insulated ferrule extractor provides consistent removal of ferrules from both S&C and plain line baseplates. It is lightweight at only 2.6Kg for ease of handling. Conforms to BS8020:2011.


039/127033 Maxim MKii Lase alignment Gauge

Switch tip alignment made easy without the requirement of a tape measure. Apply to the head of one rail and the laser spot indicates the direct opposite point. Laser heads are mounted in a metal frame to ensure accuracy and reliability. 


0111/120243 Gauge Bar Retainer

Designed to fit onto each end of the non-insulated adjustable S&C gauge bars to reduce twisting of the bar during adjustment procedures.

Gauges

0111/111006 Full Backdrive Alignment Kit

The backdrive alignment kit is essential equipment for setting up mechanical backdrives correctly. The kit consistently aligns backdrives from manufacture to maintenance. Designed for both full and shallow depth switches mounted in the 4ft or 6ft. The kit is supplied with a number of step gauges to suit various lengths of switch. Setting up a backdrive with this kit can significantly improve points operating equipment performance.

 The complete kit consists of:

  • 4 x Crank gauges to suit full and shallow depth with interchangeable location pins.
  • 9 x Pairs of step gauges.
  • 2 x Pairs of lost motion gauges.
  • 1 x Sleeve & crank plate alignment gauge.


039/127157 Track Geometry Radius/ Versine Gauge Full Kit

The versine gauge was developed to offer an alternative to the traditional Hallade survey method. An insulated gauge to measure the radius of track in S&C and plain line, as well as the dip angles at joints and welds. The depth micrometer fitted to the gauge is accurate to 0.01mm. Versine measurements can then be assessed against the look up chart which are supplied on a memory stick (Network Rail and TfL available).

We can source and supply all types of Railway Signage that you may require for your project. All standard signs comply with the Railway Group Standard Code, Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002 (extracted from GI/RT7033). These include:

  • Permissible Speed & Emergency/Temporary Speed Restrictions.

Level Crossing Barrier Guards

We are approved to manufacture and supply the 086/997601 BRB MK II SIDE ARM BARRIER GUARD. The guard is for use on the BR Spec 843 barrier up to 9.1 metre boom length.
