Insulated Fishplates
DTS is the UK partner for TENCONI (Benkler) insulated fishplates available for all UK and European rail profiles in 4- and 6-hole configurations. Joints are available in kit form for site assembly. TENCONI insulated fishplates are precision-engineered, fully encapsulated, dry-mechanical joints manufactured to exacting standards.

Switch & Crossing (S&C) Pads
DTS, in partnership with Semperit AG, has full Network Rail product acceptance for the manufacture and supply of Switch & Crossing Rail and Under Baseplate pads. Our pads are accurately cut on CAD/CAM systems to meet our clients’ technical requirements. With our three on-site Waterjet Cutting Machines, we have the flexibility to offer short lead times.
Our range includes the full range of Network Rail turnouts. Our bespoke can be pads can be manufactured in any size or shape, with or without holes to include radiused corners in any quantity.

Sleepers & Bearers
DTS supplies hardwood and softwood sleepers, which are plain, drilled, or fully assembled with baseplates/chairs. We can offer the same options for Hardwood Bearers starting at 2.45M (8ft). All wooden sleepers/bearers are available new or serviceable.
We can supply new and serviceable concrete sleepers, loose with fittings for F-type sleepers, or fully assembled with Fastclip fittings.

Rail
DTS can supply all UK rail sections in varying lengths, typically 18.288M or 9.144M, drilled for fishplates or left blank-ended for drilling on-site. DTS can supply lighter rail sections, transition rails, and glued joints.

Bespoke Parts
DTS can design and manufacture bespoke track materials such as junction fishplates, light section fishplates (with or without wear) and fabricated baseplates. DTS can design plates where no drawing is readily available.
With our 3D scanner, we can reverse engineer to manufacture and supply materials without a drawing. With the use of our 3D Printer, we can build prototypes for testing saving time and money and allowing the client to see a realistic 3D product before committing to expensive mass production.

Packers & Shims
Using our CAD/CAM software, DTS can develop and manufacture Packers/Shims for any application including Under Baseplate for height adjustment. With our three on-site Waterjet Cutting machines, we can offer short lead times to cut to size any material with or without holes. We can offer HDPE Packers ranging from 1mm to 20mm in thickness and Steel Shims up to 50mm in thickness.

Following the acquisition of DTS by Schwihag AG, DTS acts as a key distributor for all Schwihag components. This includes Hollow Steel Sleepers & Bearers, all Check Rail and Slide Baseplates, Roller Packs, Tools and SKL Clip arrangements.
