Finishing
Many of our products require finishes that meet specific ISO standards. Through our trusted partners, we offer a range of high-quality surface treatment solutions tailored to your project requirements, including:
- Bright Zinc Plating – Provides corrosion resistance along with a bright, reflective finish. Available in Clear, Blue, or Black, this process is ideal for enhancing both durability and appearance.
- Galvanising – A robust coating method where steel or iron is dipped into molten zinc at approximately 450°C. Once cooled, it forms a thick, matte, and highly durable layer that offers long-lasting corrosion protection—typically lasting 20–30 years in most environments.
- Sherardising – A diffusion process in which zinc dust is bonded to the metal surface in a heated, sealed environment (320–500°C). This creates a strong, uniform zinc-iron alloy layer that offers excellent corrosion resistance and strong adhesion, even on complex or threaded parts.
- Powder Coating – A dry finishing technique where electrostatically charged powder is sprayed onto a metal surface and then baked. This results in a tough, even, and highly durable finish, available in a wide range of colours, with good resistance to wear and corrosion.
