in partnership with Semperit AG now have full Network Rail product acceptance for the manufacture and supply of Switch & Crossing Rail and Baseplate pads. With approved raw material supplied
by Semperit, rail and baseplate pads are accurately water
jet cut on CAD/CAM systems to meet our clients technical requirements.
The Switch and Crossing Pad database has now expanded to include
the full range of all standard Network Rail turnouts. Furthermore,
the flexibility within the system allows the supply of any
type of pad given that we are in receipt of a drawing and/or
dimensional details.
Pads can be manufacured in any size or shape, with or without
holes to include radiused corners in any quantity. Generally,
all pads are available on short lead times in natural rubber
or EVA material.
